Mother Moon in Intuitive Pisces

This September 16 and 17 we are being treated to another lunar eclipse - the third in a string of cosmic eclipses. 

The sun, moon, and Earth all become evenly aligned - the moon then passes behind our planet, where it enters the Earth’s shadow and the light from the sun is blocked from reaching it. 

It falls in the watery and intuitive sign of Pisces, making this full moon a perfect time to focus on creativity and spirituality. 


Mother Moon feels at home in the sign of Pisces. It is in this sign that she is able to express her ideas, her creative thoughts and her deeper stirrings. 

The Moon is also extremely psychic and aware when in this watery sign, which means that this Eclipse is going to be felt very strongly on both a conscious and subconscious level.

September’s Full Moon Eclipse is bigger than just this month. Even though this Lunar Eclipse will be working with the New Moon Solar Eclipse of September 1st, it is actually part of a bigger cycle that can be traced back to 2008.

This cycle will not officially end until February 2017, but September’s Eclipse is definitely going to be one of the most potent moments in this cycle.

We recently commemorated the 125th death anniversary of a fallen hero. Betrayed and sold out by his fellow guerillas in the fight to birth a new nation. Out of the ashes of the Spanish American war in the Philippines much is left devastated and traumatized.  The tragedy of a multi colonized land.
